To save yourself from having to walk up the hill to the church from the harbor area, you can ride the city bus (FREE in the downtown area). The closest bus stop to the cruise ship docks is in front of the entrance to the Public Library (across the street from the Red Dog Saloon on Franklin Street). Buses run every half hour at about 20 minutes after the hour and about 10 minutes before the hour. Just tell the driver you want to get off at Rainbow Foods on 4th Street. Once there, get off the bus and go to the RIGHT on the sidewalk for two blocks to Gold Street. At Gold Street go LEFT up the hill one block. The church will be right in front of you.

Mass times are listed on the Home Page, and visitors are welcome to stop by and visit the cathedral at any time during daylight hours. No appoint-ment is needed.
